Attendance
Staff/Child schedules are done on a weekly basis. Parents/guardians are required to let staff know their child's schedule by the end of the day on Wednesday the week before. If your child's schedule is not turned in by this time there is no guarantee that there will be a spot for your child when needed.
If any changes in your child's schedule occurs please let Little Mavs staff know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the changes. If your child is schedule to come on a given day and does not attend, and there is no call to the center, you will still be charged for meals that day.
If your child is on a non-contract there is no guarantee that there will be a spot for them when needed. Priority is given to those who are on contract hours. Little Mavs will do their best to accommodate the needs of non-contracted families. Little Mavs staff must make sure that the center stays in compliance with DHS licensing ratios.
